These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grenlit (grenlit.com), operated by MadThinkMarketing OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Estonia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using Grenlit on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The service
Grenlit is a B2B software-as-a-service tool that helps field and event marketers generate post-event ROI reports from manually entered data. The service includes report generation, event comparison, annual planning views, and AI-powered analysis via the Anthropic API.

3. Beta period and service availability
Grenlit is currently in open beta. During this period:
- The service is provided free of charge.
- Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
- We aim to maintain reasonable uptime but do not provide any uptime guarantee during beta.
- We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data but cannot guarantee data retention in the event of a critical failure during beta.
- Users who create an account during the beta period will receive a 50% lifetime discount on paid plans when they launch. This discount is tied to your account and applied automatically.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may delete your account at any time via account settings.
